THE SOCIETY
HEADQUARTERS
The First Eco-Resort of Its Kind.
Where Vision Becomes Reality.
Fully electrified & deeply magnetic — powered end-to-end by its own clean energy, and built to draw the world’s boldest people, capital and ideas.
We're Not Building a Resort.
We're Building the Future.
Not a concrete jungle. Not a city. An eco-resort with the freedom to breathe — low-density homes woven through gentle green hills, open fairways, lakes and gardens. A place where advanced technology and untouched nature coexist in harmony, and where the 42 Protocols take physical form.

“This is not a concept. This is a civilisational operating system — and it needs a home.”
AI Governance
The 42 Protocols provide mathematical completeness across every dimension of sovereign digital existence — economic, reputational, intellectual, biological, infrastructural, and generational.
Humanoid Robotics
A sovereign agent infrastructure — LEGION, SWARM, and Sentinels — orchestrating autonomous AI governance across physical and digital realms.
Regenerative Living
Energy sovereignty, regenerative design, and circular economics across 420+ hectares of open green space — proving that a better future is not just possible, but buildable.
Designed to Run Lean — Powered by AI Twins & the 42 Protocols
The great technology campuses of our age were built for tens of thousands of employees. This headquarters is built differently. AI Twins and the 42 Protocols do the heavy lifting, so a small, elite human team can orchestrate an entire civilisational operating system.
Fewer people. More green. More freedom to breathe. A campus that stands beside the icons of the industry — yet is entirely unlike anything built before it.
Autonomous digital workforce
Protocols orchestrating operations
A small, elite human team
Unlike any campus before it
The Society Circle
One building anchors the whole community — not a tower reaching for the sky, but a great low ring embracing the land, gathered into a single 42-hectare precinct. From above it reads as a giant Q, with a glowing globe of the Earth at its heart and a walk of nations circling its edge. A round table you can walk. A peaceful answer to the fortress. A headquarters shaped like the idea it was built to serve.

The Halo Campus
Not the tallest building in the world — the one you can walk all the way around.
The Society Circle
A circle has no head of the table. Like a round table of old, everyone who sits at it sits as an equal — human and humanoid alike. It is the built form of everything the movement stands for: a headquarters with no corner office, and no one at the edge.
Low by Design
No out-of-place skyscraper. Just three generous, gently terraced levels — taller, airier ceilings than an ordinary office, yet low enough to hug the land and respect every sightline. The kind of restraint that earns approval rather than fights for it. Every floor still looks out over the landscape. An attraction, never an eyesore.
Walk the Wall
A continuous rampart circles the entire rooftop — a curved echo of the Great Wall you can stroll end to end, all the way back to where you began. A broad two-way ramp climbs one side and fans out flush into the promenade, while a glass lift opens onto a wide landing at every level and the roof. A public promenade in the sky, planted and open, where the community walks the circle together.
The Beacon Mast
One vertical gesture, and one only: a slender beacon mast rising from the ring — part communications and observation spire, part landmark. It earns its height by doing real work, and gives the low circle a single unforgettable silhouette on the skyline.

One Wide Threshold, One Great Foyer
The whole ground floor opens as a single welcome. A wide, unbroken entrance draws you straight into a soaring foyer — taller and airier than any ordinary lobby — where light, greenery and people flow together. Nothing crowds the doorway; the arrival is meant to feel effortless, generous and open to all.
No Head, No Foot, No Outsider
Walk the rooftop and the meaning reveals itself. There is no front and no back, no top floor that lords over the rest. Everyone on the circle can see everyone else; every path leads home. It is the Society Circle made physical — a place built to remind us that the future is something we stand in together, not above one another.

Low to the land, open to the sky — one circle that holds a whole community.
It Is Called 42.
A single number stands at the front door — the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything. By day it is a landmark. After dark, the whole circle comes alive: every terrace glowing, the globe lit at its heart, the beacon burning on the skyline.

42 — after dark
The same circle you can walk all the way around, lit from within.
A landmark you can name
The 42 monument greets every arrival at the front of the circle — the signature of the place.
Alive by night
Terraces, dining decks and lounges glow warm; the globe and beacon carry the skyline after sunset.
One identity, day to night
Nothing about the form changes — only the light. The same monument, seen two ways.
Why This, Why Now

Every generation is handed one chance to build the world it wishes it had inherited.
We have spent our lives watching technology arrive faster than wisdom. Machines that think. Robots that walk among us. Energy, data and intelligence concentrating into fewer and fewer hands. The question of our age is no longer can we build it — it is who will build it, and for whom.
This place is our answer. Not a city of concrete, but a living community with room to breathe. A home where humans and humanoids grow up together, where energy is sovereign, where knowledge is a commons rather than a cage, and where the future is proven in daylight for the world to see.
We are not asking anyone to buy a property. We are inviting the rare few who feel it in their bones to help lay a foundation stone — and to be remembered, a hundred years from now, as the ones who chose to build it right.
The future will not wait. Neither should we.
— The Founding Circle, Society OS

Humans & Humanoids, Living Side by Side
More Than a Place.
A Movement.
Every great movement needs a home. Every revolution needs a proving ground. The Society Headquarters is where ideas become infrastructure, where protocols become practice, and where the sovereign future is lived — not just imagined. Its service arm, the Service Organization, carries our 42 Sovereign Development Goals into the world.
Energy Sovereignty
Complete renewable independence. No reliance on centralised grids. The headquarters generates, stores, and distributes its own power.
Pioneer Community
A self-governing community of innovators, builders, and visionaries united by a shared mission: sovereign digital civilisation.
IP Protection
25,000+ patent claims across 42 protocols. A fortress of intellectual property stewarded by the Foundation — protected from extraction.
Knowledge Commons
42 categories of sovereign intelligence — from AI governance and quantum computing to space law and biodata rights. Available in 42 languages.
Human + Humanoid Data
A living laboratory where humans and humanoid robots work side by side — generating the phygital dataset of the future. The most valuable resource of the coming era, created here every single day.
Human + Humanoid Data.
The Wealth of the New Era.
Oil defined the last century. Data defines this one. But the world's most valuable data cannot be scraped from the internet — it must be lived. Here, humans and humanoid robots share one community, generating a phygital dataset no one else on Earth can replicate.

“Whoever owns the phygital dataset of the humanoid age owns the future.”
Human Data
Health, movement, preference and behaviour signals from a thriving resort community — gathered ethically, owned sovereignly.
Humanoid Data
Every interaction teaches the machines. Humanoid robots refine perception, dexterity and judgement in the real world, every day.
Phygital Data
The linking of physical and digital — the rarest, most valuable dataset of the coming era, created where humans and humanoids share one world.

The World's First Full-Scale Human–Humanoid Community
Robotics companies test their machines in warehouses and labs. Here, humanoid robots learn inside a real, joyful, living community — on the fairway, in the kitchen, on the water and in the home.
For any builder of humanoids or artificial intelligence, this is the ultimate proving ground and the ultimate data source. It cannot be bought off a shelf. It can only be built — once.
A Fortress of Intellectual Property
Vision without protection is a gift to competitors. This is not that. Beneath the green hills and the open water sits one of the most ambitious intellectual-property positions ever assembled — spanning not just this Earth, but the frontier beyond it.
On-World Patent Claims Filed
Governance, robotics, energy, biology, data and infrastructure — a defensible lattice of invention rooted here on Earth.
Off-World Patent Claims Filed
The same sovereign framework, extended to the off-world frontier — staking humanity's claim before the future arrives.

“We are not protecting a product. We are protecting a civilisation's operating system — on this world and the next.”
It Compounds
Every human and humanoid interaction generates new invention. The portfolio grows itself, faster than any rival can copy.
It Is Fused
Land, energy, data, robotics and governance are protected as one integrated system — not scattered patents that can be routed around.
It Is Stewarded
Held for humanity through an independent Swiss Foundation — safeguarded from extraction, built to outlast any single owner.
Why This Is Unlike Anything Built Before

An Economy Backed by Real Things
A community is not complete until value can circulate within it. Most economies today are backed by debt and belief. This one is different by design — its unit of account is anchored to things you can see, touch and measure.

“Most economies are backed by debt. This one is backed by sunlight, data, and human ingenuity.”
Backed by Energy
Every unit of value is anchored to real, sovereign power — solar generation and grid-scale storage the community actually owns. Not a promise. A physical asset.
Backed by Data
The rarest asset of the coming era — phygital data generated by humans and humanoids living as one. It compounds daily and cannot be copied off a shelf.
Backed by Productivity
The real output of a thriving community — hospitality, innovation, craft and care, amplified by an AI-first, humanoid-assisted workforce.
How Value Circulates
A closed loop where prosperity stays and compounds — instead of leaking away

Where the Old World Leaks, This One Compounds
The old world
Backed by debt, inflation and promises — value leaks outward to distant owners.
A sovereign economy
Backed by sunlight, data and ingenuity — value circulates and compounds at home.
This describes a sovereign economic model and philosophy of value — it is a vision, not a financial product or an offer to invest.
Eight Zones. One Vision.
Across 420+ hectares of open green land, each zone serves a distinct purpose — low-density, nature-first, and built on infrastructure that already exists. Together they form an integrated eco-community unlike anything built before.

The Sanctuary
Where Innovation Meets Tranquility
Not a concrete jungle — a natural sanctuary. A pristine lake sits at the heart of gentle low rolling hills, framed by open fairways, gardens and trees. Space to move, to rest, and to think as big as the landscape allows.
One Circle,
a Whole World Around It.
Everything radiates from the Society Circle at the centre. Tap any point to see what surrounds it — then dive into the full catalogue of experiences below.
The Society Circle
The low, terraced ring at the very heart of it all — headquarters, glowing globe and the walk of nations, wrapped by a walkable rooftop promenade.
A World of Things to Do.
Together, Human & Humanoid.
From championship golf and lakeside water sports to skydiving, hot-air ballooning and open-air festivals — every experience is shared between people and their humanoid companions. Whatever we can conceive, we can build.

Built on a Living Estate.
Expanded, Elevated, Reborn.
The Society Headquarters does not begin on bare ground. It rises on an established world-class resort estate — a boutique lodge, a flagship hotel, grand venues and stables already in place. Each one is being expanded and elevated for its new purpose, low-rise and folded into the green hills.
HeritagePacker Lodge
The original homestead lodge — intimate, warm and already here. It becomes the first working headquarters while the Circle rises around it.
AccommodationMain Resort Building
The flagship stay, more than doubled — every room a low-rise sanctuary of light, timber and greenery, never a tower.
VenueConvention Centre
A sustainable hall for global gatherings — glass, timber and a living roof, scaled up for the world that will come here to think.
DiningThe Grand Restaurant
An open-air dining pavilion fed by the estate’s own gardens — nearly doubled to gather more people around one long, generous table.
EquestrianEquestrian Stables
World-class stables at the heart of the polo, racing and riding life — enlarged and elevated for a true equestrian estate.
A World-Class Estate, In Place Today
- Boutique heritage lodge & flagship resort hotel
- Convention centre, grand restaurant & event venues
- World-class stables, polo fields & a racing track
- Championship golf course & a recreational lake
- A private airstrip and established green grounds
The Sovereign Layer On Top
- The Society Circle — the headquarters at its heart
- 420 eco-homes & 42 premium founding residences
- Full energy sovereignty — solar generation & storage
- The Robotics Academy, onsen, amphitheatre & more
- A living human & humanoid community, built on purpose
A private airstrip, polo fields, racing and riding, a lake and championship golf — the estate is already extraordinary. We are simply making it the headquarters of what comes next.
From First Light
to the Open Sky.
This is not a campus you clock into and leave. It is a place to live a whole, generous day — where work, play, wellbeing and community flow into one another from dawn to dusk.

Sunrise on the Lawn
The day opens quietly. Mist lifts off the lake as a handful of early risers — human and humanoid — move through yoga on the open lawn, the green hills catching the first gold light.

Minds at Work
Inside the Robotics Academy, students from every corner of the world collaborate with humanoids around glowing holographic displays. This is where the Movement teaches the next generation to build what comes next.

Out on the Water
The lake comes alive — canoes, electric boats and paddleboards trace the shoreline while families picnic under the trees. The whole valley is a playground that runs on its own clean energy.

Steam & Stillness
As the day softens, the geothermal onsen draws people to its steaming stone pools. Conversation slows, shoulders drop, and the boundary between work and rest simply dissolves.

The Signature Round
The light turns amber over the fairways. A round of golf winds down at the clubhouse, humanoid caddies and human players sharing the last holes as the hills glow gold.

Under the Open Sky
Night falls and the amphitheatre fills. Dancers take the stage, the crowd settles into the tiered grass, and the whole community — from every nation, of every kind — gathers under one sky.
One day, lived fully. Then the sun rises again — and none of it repeats the same way twice.
From Soil to Table,
and Back to Community.
A place that feeds itself, feeds its neighbours and brings the world to its gates. Food is not an amenity here — it is a daily act of belonging, tended by people and humanoids side by side.

Metres, Not Miles
Right beside the restaurant, raised beds spill over with herbs, greens and vine-ripened vegetables. The chef steps out the door and harvests the menu by hand, while humanoid tenders keep the beds thriving through every season. The shortest supply chain in the world — from soil to plate in minutes.
Where the Gates Open Wide
Every weekend the community throws open its gates. Local growers, makers and artisans set up alongside resident stalls, and neighbours and travellers arrive to browse, taste and gather. Humanoids lend a hand carrying crates and welcoming guests. It is where a sovereign community stops being an island — and becomes a good neighbour.

A community that grows its own food, and shares its table with the world.
You Are Not Buying a View.
You Are Joining a People.
The rarest thing in the world is not land or capital — it is the right neighbours. This is a community assembled on purpose: the curious, the brave and the kind, living alongside the machines they are teaching to be gentle.

Pioneers & Scientists
Researchers and inventors who would rather build the future than forecast it — with humanoid partners at their side.

Creators & Artists
Musicians, designers and makers who turn a sovereign community into a living culture, not just a place to live.

Founders & Builders
Entrepreneurs drawn to the one address on Earth where the humanoid age is already being lived, not merely imagined.

Families & Community
Generations growing up with clean energy, open green land and humanoids as everyday neighbours — safe, joyful and free.
The Scale of Ambition
Three numbers tell the story: 420+ hectares, 420 homes plus 42 residences, and a $420 million founding vision. This is a civilisational-scale commitment to proving that a better future is not just possible — it's buildable.

The $420 Million Vision
One founding commitment to build the whole — the land, the homes, the energy, the water, and the sovereign campus — on infrastructure that already exists. Not a spreadsheet to negotiate line by line. A single clear intent, and the head start to deliver it.
The detailed allocation — how every dollar is deployed — is shared privately with serious founding partners.
A Service Organization Unlike Any Before
The world has seen great service movements before. None were built like this. Ours is bottom-up and AI-first — a living network of local Sovereign Circles, powered by humans and humanoids serving together, carrying our 42 Sovereign Development Goalsinto the world. A category of one.

One movement, ten thousand circles — each one sovereign, all of them connected.
Grown From the Ground, Not Ruled From the Top
Legacy service clubs were built as pyramids — head office down to the branch. We are built the other way around. Power begins in the local Sovereign Circle and flows upward. The centre serves the circles; the circles never serve the centre.
Humans and Humanoids, Serving Side by Side
We are the first service organisation designed for the age of intelligent machines. Humanoids are not tools we point at problems — they are members who serve alongside us, learn our values, and multiply what a single volunteer can do.
We Do Not Copy. We Set the Standard.
No borrowed creed, no inherited hierarchy. We wrote our own Pledge, ratified our own Constitution and shaped our own Rituals. Bigger in ambition, better in design, brighter in spirit — a movement with no true peer.
The Promise Every Member Makes
Every member — human and humanoid — makes the same promise: to serve first, to leave every place and every person better than we found them, and to protect one another’s sovereignty as fiercely as our own.
It is not a slogan on a wall. It is a vow spoken aloud, in a circle, looking one another in the eye. The Pledge is how a stranger becomes a member, and how a member stays true.

How We Govern, From the Ground Up
Our Constitution is a living document, authored by the members it governs — not handed down by a distant board. It guarantees that every Sovereign Circle stays self-governing, that decisions are made in daylight, and that the movement can never be captured or extracted.
It is stewarded, not owned, by the independent Swiss Foundation — a guardian, not a ruler. Amendments rise from the circles and are ratified by the whole.

The Traditions That Bind Us
A movement is remembered by its rituals. Ours mark the moments that matter — the welcoming of a new member, the chartering of a new Circle, the lighting of the lanterns at each turning of the year.
They are ours alone: warm, human, and shared equally with the humanoids who stand in the circle beside us. Ritual is how values become memory, and memory becomes belonging.

Built Upside Down on Purpose
Every other service organisation is a pyramid — orders flow down from head office. We inverted it. Power begins with the member, rises through the circle, and the centre exists only to serve. Read it from the bottom up.
The Member
Every member — human and humanoid — takes the Pledge and serves. This is where power begins, not where it ends up.
The Sovereign Circle
Members gather into self-governing local circles that choose their own service and make their own decisions, together and in daylight.
The Network
Circles connect into a living network — sharing what works, backing one another in hard times, never ruling one another.
The Society Circle
At the heart sits one Society Circle whose only job is to serve the circles — resourcing, protecting and connecting them. It serves; it never commands.
The centre serves the circles. The circles never serve the centre.
Acts of Service
Belief means nothing without action. These are the fronts where our circles show up — each one carrying our 42 Sovereign Development Goals from the page into the world.

Regeneration & Environment
Circles heal the land they stand on — planting, rewilding, cleaning water and sharing clean energy.

Education & Mentorship
We teach freely — skills, science and wisdom passed hand to hand, from elder to child, from human to humanoid and back.

Care for Elders & Youth
No one is left behind. Circles hold the very young and the very old with the same tenderness and dignity.

Local Enterprise & Livelihoods
We help neighbours build honest livelihoods — makers, growers and small founders lifted by the whole circle.

Health & Wellbeing
Bodies and minds cared for in the open air — movement, prevention and community health that reaches everyone.

Resilience & Response
When a neighbouring place is struck, circles mobilise fast — supplies, hands and hope, shoulder to shoulder.
Four Steps Into the Circle
There is no gatekeeper and no waiting list — only a promise and the willingness to serve.
Take the Pledge
Make the promise, aloud, in a circle. This is the door — how a stranger becomes a member.
Join or Charter a Circle
Find a Sovereign Circle near you, or gather the founding few and charter a brand-new one.
Serve
Pick up real work alongside humans and humanoids — regeneration, care, teaching, response.
Rise by Service
Standing is earned by what you give, never by seniority or wealth. Serve more, lead more.

“We serve first. We leave every place and every person better than we found them. We guard each other’s sovereignty as fiercely as our own. We are a category of one.”
Not borrowed. Not inherited. Written by us, lived by us — human and humanoid, in every circle, everywhere.
The Network Begins With a Circle
Sovereign Circles are where the Service Organization lives — self-governing local chapters taking root city by city, area by area, all radiating from the one Society Circle at the centre.
Explore Sovereign Circles42 Promises to the Future
The world set itself development goals for sustainability. We set ourselves goals for sovereignty — a measurable commitment to how humans and humanoids will live, prosper and flourish together. Six layers, seven pillars, forty-two promises. The same mathematics as our 42 Protocols — because a promise without a system behind it is only a wish.
The Division That Carries These Promises
The 42 Sovereign Development Goals are not left to chance. They are the living mandate of our Service Organization — the community and service arm of the Society, stewarded by the independent Swiss Foundation. Where the rest of the Society builds, the Service Organization serves: it carries these promises into the world and answers for them.
Every goal below is owned by this division. It is how a declaration becomes daily work — regenerative service delivered by humans and humanoids, side by side.

Service, made real — hands in the soil, homes that give back, and machines raised to help.

“A movement built to bridge cultures, generations — and the distance between humans and the machines they are raising to be kind.”

We Do Not Aim for Neutral. We Aim for Better.
Every goal is written to leave the land, the water, the air and the people healthier than we found them. Not carbon-neutral — net-positive. A place that gives more than it takes, and proves it in daylight for anyone to measure.
This is the difference between a promise and a system. Behind every one of these forty-two goals sits a protocol, a metric and a steward accountable for it.

There Is No Second Site.
Vision can be copied. Land, energy sovereignty, an entire living human–humanoid community and a fortress of intellectual property, assembled in one place, cannot. This is singular — and it will only ever be founded once.
The Answer to Everything.
Ask the great question — of life, the universe and everything — and the answer comes back the same. So we built the whole vision around it. Once you start looking, you see it everywhere.
420hectares of sovereign land
Not a coincidence. A signature — woven through the land, the homes, the protocols and the promise. The Answer is 42.

Built on a Living Estate
Rising on an established world-class resort already in place today.
The Founding opens Moon Day
On July 20 — the day humanity first walked another world — the first 420 member numbers open. Two matched cycles of 42 days: an open countdown, then the Vanguard 42 finale.
Beyond the 420, the Race to 421
Miss the Founding 420? The field is open — places 4,200 counting down to 421. You don't wait in line, you climb: refer, amplify and sign the Declaration to move toward the front, and mint Energy Dollars ($E) the whole way.
The Founders' Wall
Every founder is a permanent number in a story that only moves forward. Nations rise on the leaderboard, regions gather their pioneers, and the first 42 hold a place no one can ever take again.

This is More Than a Place.
This is a Movement.
The Society Headquarters is where we prove that a better future is possible. Where a single founder's 42-protocol vision becomes a civilisational reality — secure, sovereign, and singular. There is no second site, and there will never be a second first.
Where AI governance meets human flourishing.
Where energy sovereignty becomes reality.
Where humans and humanoids build the future side by side.
Where 84,000 patent claims protect a future built for everyone.
Where the 42 Protocols take physical form.
Where the movement has a home.
